Basic Photographic Courses

 

Did your buy a Digital Camera recently....or maybe received one as a gift?

...........Not always getting the results you expected?

We offer photographic training courses that will provide you with the necessary knowledge and skill to utilize your camera to its full potential. These courses are ideal for the new photographer since it starts of at the very basics and teaches you step-by-step how to use all the functions and modes on you camera, exposure, composition of pictures, how and when to use your flash, etc.

The Entry-level course is meant for the novice that has never worked with a digital camera before. This course will give you thr required knowhow to start taking basic photos and how to use your camera(basic functions) The course consists out of 10 Lessons, complete with applicable practical exercises, presented at our premises. We prefer to spread the lessons over 10 weeks in order to give the student enough time to practice and master the acquired techniques  from each lesson. A Practical assessment will be done after each lesson to assess the competency level before the next lesson is presented. A final assessment will be conducted at the conclusion of the course. (available in Afrikaans as well.)

The Basic course is meant for beginner photographers that have already mastered the basic skills (how to download photos to a computer, how to operate your camera, etc) and  consists out of 13 lessons complete with applicable practical exercises, presented at our premises. We prefer to spread the lessons over 13 weeks in order to give the student enough time to practice and master the acquired techniques  from each lesson. A Practical assessment will be done at the conclusion of the course.

The course is also available on DVD with email support for distance education, including a preview Wedding Studio shoot, available in Afrikaans as well.
